SHIPPING POLICY
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Please note that delivery timeframes begin after dispatch and may vary depending on the courier and external factors beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery typically arrives within 2–5 working days, tracked delivery within 2–3 working days, and first-class delivery within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery can not be tracked. Please note that once your parcel is with the courier, it is no longer within our control, and any delays in transit are the responsibility of the delivery service. During busier periods, delivery times may be longer. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including your full name, house number, street name, city, postcode, country. We are not responsible for delays or missing orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept exchanges. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged due to shipping. If the product is damaged, please send proof to the following email address:
