This crab boil with Smackin’ Seasoning is packed with bold flavour and Southern comfort. Fresh crab coated in a buttery, garlicky sauce infused with our signature seasoning. It’s the ultimate seafood feast — spicy, savoury, and perfect for sharing.
Crab boil with seafood boil sauce recipe
Ingredients
2 snow crab clusters (frozen)
80-100g unsalted butter
1/2 chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp Smackin’ Seafood Seasoning
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Method
Boil the snow crab for 6-8 minutes then drain.
Melt the butter on low heat in a large pan. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing gently for about 5 minutes until fragrant and soft.
Stir in the Smackin’ Seafood Seasoning and let it infuse for 3 minutes on low heat.
Turn off the heat and squeeze in fresh lemon juice. Toss snow crab clusters into the pan and coat everything in that buttery, seasoned sauce.
